Important updates relating to recent developments on the Assurance Platform:

Partner Performance dashboard update:

The display in the partner performance dashboard has been improved to now show two tabs, namely Realtime performance and the Overall performance.  Overall performance includes the information on the 6 monthly monitoring periods linked to the LEAF ratings, whilst the Realtime performance displays the live data.  Part of the improvement under the Realtime performance is the possibility to filter according to the 6-monthly date ranges, e.g. on 01/07/2024 – 31/12/2024, which allows you to track the performance of your CB in the current period more easily.  Please note that the Realtime performance data may differ from that displayed under the Overall performance data as the latter is locked once the monitoring period closes and does not take retrospective updates into account.
